Description
On Thursday at 1:06 p.m. an air stagnation advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Sunday at 4 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service says to expect, "An extended period of stagnant air, with light winds and little vertical mixing. This is due to an inversion near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants."
