Description
The National Weather Service released an air stagnation advisory at 5:23 a.m. on Thursday in effect until Friday at 4 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service says to prepare for, "An extended period of stagnant air, with light winds and little vertical mixing. This is due to an inversion near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants."
