Description

Students at Fowler Middle School in the Tigard-Tualatin School District. The school is slated to be modernized under a bond that voters in the Tigard-Tualatin School District passed this week.

At first blush, when the initial round of results dropped from this May’s special election, the massive $1.83 billion Portland Public Schools bond looked like a nailbiter.
