A popular college drinking trend known as a BORG is getting new attention after researchers raised concerns about how much alcohol people may consume without realizing it. BORG stands for “Blackout Rage Gallon,” a large jug that typically contains alcohol, water and flavorings. Some college students believe BORGs are safer because they know what is in their drink, but recent research suggests they can still lead to dangerous levels of intoxication.
