FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Southwest Florida man has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty after investigators alleged he killed two kittens and injured another while using the animals to punish his teenage daughter, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say the case came to light after deputies responded to reports of alleged abuse involving a young kitten at a home near Fort Myers, CBS News reported.
