A West Virginia Dollar General manager is facing a felony charge after authorities said he locked a juvenile girl inside a store and made inappropriate comments to her during an encounter earlier this month. The allegations led to the arrest of 35-year-old Jeffrey Malcolm of Philippi, WBOY reported.
