More than two decades after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and nearly 25 years after the case first began moving through the U.S. justice system, a military judge has scheduled a June 2028 trial for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man accused of orchestrating the attacks, along with three co-defendants, The Associated Press said.
