Description

Days after a fireworks-sparked fire tore through a stretch of beach grasses in Lincoln City — prompting evacuation notices and endangering homes — police have released the names of eight men accused of starting the blaze.

Five of the men facing a reckless burning charge are from Portland: Alexander Chen, Arvin Kharrazu, Jeremy Hannah, Jesse Lindholm and Olin Gilster, the Lincoln City Police Department said in a statement. Two others, Braeden Carter and Logan Carter, are from Bend. Ethan Thanh-Tai Tieu is from Battle Ground, Washington. All eight are 21 years old.
