Tens of thousands of baby swings and jumpers are being recalled after dozens of injury reports, including bloody noses and head bumps.

More than 41,000 baby jumpers, swings and jumper-swing combination products are being recalled after dozens of children suffered injuries — including head bumps and bloody noses.
