3A Basketball Tournament Boy’s Bracket

The brackets are all set for the OSAA/OnPoint Community Credit Union 3A Boys’ State Basketball Tournament at Marshfield High School, Coos Bay, March 6-8. No. 8 seed Banks (20-5) will open against No. 1 seed Westside Christian (21-3), 1:30 p.m., Thursday, March 6. That quarter-final game will be followed by No. 13 seed De La Salle North Catholic (14-13) vs. No. 6 seed Oregon Episcopal (18-7) at 3:25 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., No. 6 seed Cascade Christian (20-4) takes on No. 3 seed Valley Catholic (19-7), and at 8:15 p.m., No. 10 seed Creswell (17-9) plays No. 2 seed Pleasant Hill (24-3). All of the games will be broadcast on the OSAA Radio Network, at www.osaa.org.

OSAA 3A Girl’s Bracket

The 3A girls will open their State Tournament run at North Bend High School, Thursday, March 6, 1:30 p.m. with No. 8 seed Coquille (22-2) playing No. 1 seed Amity (27-0), followed by No. 5 seed Jefferson (21-6) and No. 4 seed Cascade Christian (22-4) at 3:15 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., No. 11 seed Burns (19-7) will play No. 3 seed Vale (24-1), followed by No. 10 seed Taft (20-6) playing No. 2 seed Banks (24-3) at 8:15 p.m. Tickets available on-line at www.osaa.org.
