Jesse James West was booked Monday into Multnomah County’s downtown jail on suspicion of two counts of attempted murder stemming from the Sept. 26 shooting in the Woodlawn neighborhood. (File photo).

Court records identified a 24-year-old man who was shot and injured by Portland police last month after he allegedly fired at officers as they tried to arrest him.
