Description
A man and woman were shot and seriously injured in a crowd in Old Town-Chinatown early Sunday, Portland police said.
Around 2:20 a.m., police heard gunshots within a group of about 100 people they said they were monitoring in a parking lot at Northwest 4th Avenue and Couch Street.
