Description
Two separate deadly shootings occurred within about an hour in Salem early Wednesday morning, police said.
Officers responding to a call about a car crash arrived in the 1600 block of 40th Place S at 12:30 a.m. to find a 30-year-old man in the street suffering from “multiple gunshot wounds,” the Salem Police Department said. The man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
