Description
Two paragliders were cited for allegedly harassing wildlife near Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach, authorities said Thursday.
Cannon Beach police received reports Wednesday afternoon of two paragliders operating around the popular coastal landmark and disturbing wildlife in the area. Officers identified the two pilots and forwarded a report to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service law enforcement for review.
