Description

Two men are accused of murder in a fatal 2021 shooting of a 15-year-old Portland boy at a Gresham apartment complex, prosecutors say.

Ty Sage, 25, and Kevin Rivas-Ramirez, 26, are charged with second-degree murder and first-degree robbery in the Dec. 4 shooting, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office said in a news release.
