Description
Two people were arrested Saturday in connection with the death of a Hood River man who confronted someone he thought was stealing from his vehicle, police said Sunday.
William Edward Hardy Jr., 36, and Elizabeth June Bowman, 41, were arrested on accusations of second-degree manslaughter, first- degree robbery and theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Hood River police said in a news release.
