After a restoration in 2001 that preserved century-old materials and charm, the Reunion House has been a vacation rental. The residence is in the front of the property, which also has a separate tax lot in the back. The kitchen has an adjacent breakfast nook with tole painted doors. The Reunion House's kitchen cabinets are original. “This home will speak to those who appreciate Oregon’s history and have an eye for craftsmanship,” listing broker Christy Coulombe of Saltaire Coastal Homes told The Oregonian/OregonLive. The house has a bedroom on the main level and four more bedrooms upstairs. 1021 S. Prom in Seaside is for sale by listing broker Christy Coulombe of Saltaire Coastal Homes. There are three full bathrooms. This one has wainscoting. One of the three full bathrooms has vintage white hex tile, a pedestal sink and a built-in vanity. There’s a front patio with a fire pit facing the ocean. The Reunion House, built in 1926 by Thomas Autzen at 1021 S. Prom in Seaside, is for sale. Behind the house is a game pavilion with sauna and outdoor shower, plus a gazebo and hot tub.
