Description
An 18-year-old was arrested Wednesday in connection with a 2023 homicide in North Portland.
Albany police arrested Jimmi Lawing during a traffic stop, the Portland Police Bureau said in a news release. Lawing was booked into Multnomah County jail Thursday on a charge of first-degree manslaughter in the death of 21-year-old Skyler Stuckey.
