A Friday night shooting that injured four people at a Southeast Portland event center took place while dozens of people were celebrating at a graduation party.
What was supposed to be a joyous celebration “ended with significant trauma for attendees,” said Multnomah County Senior Deputy District Attorney Kate Molina at an initial juvenile court hearing for Juan Ceja-Morales, the 16-year-old accused in the shooting.
