Deputy Rodney Nuzum was working as a deckhand on a Multnomah County Sheriff's Office patrol boat both times he was injured.

A sheriff’s deputy filed a $10 million lawsuit on Monday against the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office and Multnomah County claiming he’d been badly injured due to an “unseaworthy” patrol boat and other poor working conditions.
