A house in Yachats that sold for $995,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales on the northern Oregon coast in the past week.

In total, 33 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $459,758. The average price per square foot ended up at $269.

The award amount this year is $3,000 and the application deadline is February 19 by 4 p.m. We will announce this year's recipient at the Coos Watershed Association’s annual meeting on March 19.
