Police arrested a man believed to be involved in a drive-by shooting in Battle Ground on Saturday afternoon, and are searching for a second suspect who was also in the car, officials said.
Theodore Seaman, 44, is accused of one charge of drive-by-shooting for allegedly being behind the wheel at the time of the incident, which happened around 2 p.m. in the 1700 block of Northeast 12th Street, the Battle Ground police department said in a statement.
