- Check-in patients for appts-handout Provider required paperwork/sreenings
- Maintain constant communication with offices regarding patient arrival and flow
- Verify all patient information, insurance, contact information
- Provide any information to patients (HIPAA compliant)
- Intake new patients request forms-track
- Restock office supplies
- Assist with records releases
- Keep good patient flow so offices can run smoothly
- Other duties as assigned
