Join us for a peaceful and inspiring summer evening of movement, reflection, and connection at the Old Mill District. Our Sunset Yoga and Reflection Event blends an energizing Vinyasa flow with calming yin stretches. We begin with gentle warm ups and flowing standing poses, then gradually slow down into grounding yin as the sun begins to set. Surrounded by the beauty of the river, mountains, and fresh summer air, you will have space to quiet the mind and breathe deeply as the practice winds down into a peaceful sunset savasana. As golden hour arrives, we will slow down with a short guided mindful meditation and quiet reflection, ending with open time to connect and socialize with fellow yogis by the river. Leave feeling strong, refreshed, relaxed, and deeply centered as the evening light fades. All levels are welcome to share in this balanced and meaningful outdoor yoga experience. Bring a yoga mat or large beach towel and layers for the changing evening temperatures.
