On Friday, May 17th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oregon Care Partners will host a free, instructor-led class about Strategies to Prevent and Reduce Falls. It is designed to help anyone who cares for an aging Oregonian who want to lower their risks for falls. It will help you understand how most falls can be prevented and substantially reduced, improving the quality of life for the person in your care.

WHAT: A FREE CLASS for caregivers about Strategies to Prevent and Reduce Falls. The class is designed to help anyone at risk for falls or who is caring for an older adult learn more about how to improve safety and recognize the importance of fall risk screenings. An expert instructor will share real-world experience in an interactive webinar classroom environment and answer your important questions.

WHO: This class is available at no cost to anyone living or working in Oregon. Free classes from Oregon Care Partners can benefit anyone providing support and care for an older adult or person living with dementia, including family members, care professionals, support workers, volunteers, and public safety workers.
