Rise in Rhythm is a gentle blend of yoga, guided meditation, and sound bath designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath, and bring intentionality into your morning routine! Come start your day with us, thus weekly class happens every Thursday morning at 7:30am in downtown Bend, 45min all levels gentle yoga followed by 15min sound bath with Lisa Tynan of Step into Stillness.
