A little piece of Bend you can hang in your window. In this beginner-friendly stained glass class, you’ll create a mountain-inspired suncatcher while learning how to foil and solder glass using the copper foil method. All glass pieces are pre-cut, so you can skip straight to the fun part — assembling your design and bringing it to life. Set in a relaxed, creative environment, this class is perfect for slowing down, making something by hand, and creating a piece that reflects the landscape around you. ✨ What You’ll Do You’ll arrange your pre-cut glass pieces into a mountain design, then foil and solder everything together into a finished stained glass suncatcher. 🧠 What You’ll Learn Basics of the copper foil stained glass method How to foil and solder glass pieces together How to assemble a clean, finished design Tips for working with pre-cut glass layouts 🎨 What You’ll Make A stained glass mountain suncatcher — a modern, light-catching piece inspired by the Central Oregon landscape. 👕 What to Wear Wear something you don’t mind getting a little messy — this is a hands-on class. Please wear close-toed shoes, no loose clothing, and hair tied back for safety 🛠️ What to Bring All materials and tools included. If you wear reading glasses, bring them with you. If you have personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask, etc.), feel free to bring it.
