Each matured for eight years in charred American white oak before spending an additional two years finishing in Sauternes French oak wine barrels. Finally, the two were blended, resulting in a richly layered whiskey offering aromas of dark cherry-infused chocolate, warm waffle cone, and graham cracker. On the palate, golden raisins and honey unfold alongside subtle baking spices atop a balanced, lingering finish.
