A reflection on communication, disability, and the power of inclusive outdoor spaces to shape identity and community. Our March Speaker Series night offers a unique and special perspective as Cara Frank shares her personal outdoor journey. Cara speaks to her upbringing as a Deaf woman navigating an auditory world, and how the outdoors became a place of connection when spoken words fell short. A live sign language interpreter will be onsite making this evening more accessible for all!
