Southwestern Oregon’s volleyball team (4-0, 12-4) plays at Linn-Benton (Albany) (4-0, 18-0) Friday, Oct. 4, 6 p.m., in a battle of the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the South Region of the NWAC.  On Saturday, Oct. 5, the Lakers head to Eugene for a match with Lane (1-3, 1-7), 11 a.m.  SWOCC’s men host Lane in a soccer match on the Coos Bay campus, Saturday, Oct. 5, noon.  Southwestern’s cross-country teams are scheduled to run at the Charles Bowles-Willamette Invitational, Bush’s Pasture Park, Salem, Saturday, Oct. 5.
