Case 25-19746 | Theft in Progress Arrests

Earlier this month, officers responded to a theft in progress at Dick’s Sporting Goods after loss prevention reported three males walking out with armfuls of unpaid clothing.

Officers quickly located and apprehended all three suspects, recovering $2,475.96 in men’s clothing and accessories. Each suspect was charged with Theft I and Conspiracy, with additional charges of PCS Cocaine, PCS Fentanyl, and Providing False Information to Police.

We’re grateful for the teamwork between our officers and store staff that led to quick recovery and accountability.
