RETAIL THEFT OPERATION | On April 8, 2025, we partnered with Target, Bi-Mart, Burlington Coat Factory, WinCo, Home Depot, and Lowe's for a coordinated retail theft operation. During the five-hour effort, HPD officers helped deter theft by arresting twelve people, including two juveniles. Thanks to this collaboration, numerous stolen items were recovered, with a total value of $1,027.67.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                
Officers arrested the following individuals:  
• Hawa Mahamud (18) – Theft in the second degree  
• Clifford Cardin (34) – Theft in the third degree and Possession of Methamphetamine  
• Jonathan Carroll (34) – Theft in the second degree and Possession of Methamphetamine  
• Kimberly Pool (50) – Theft in the second degree  
• Tabrina Perez (37) – Theft in the second degree and Possession of Methamphetamine  
• Thomas Glowack (50) – Theft in the second degree and Possession of Methamphetamine  
• Hector Maldonado-Sanchez (38) Theft in the second degree, a Felony Warrant out of Clackamas County, and a Felony Multnomah County Circuit Court Warrant.  
• Alisha Peyton (41) – Theft in the third degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance  
• Bobby Smith (51) – Theft in the third degree  
• Randy Sanchagrin (35) – Theft in the second degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, and a Misdemeanor Clackamas County Circuit Court Warrant
