Description
Producing an 18th Century opera and a contemporary work within a month’s time might seem hectic, but it has become a successful calling card for OrpheusPDX. The plucky opera company, now in its fourth year, will present “Scipio’s Dream” (“Il Sogno di Scipione”), an early opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and follows that with a two-person production about the iconic cellist Jacqueline du Pré.
