🥣🩵  United Rotary Clubs of Southern Oregon's month-long 𝘍𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴, 𝘍𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 campaign concluded with an extraordinary display of community generosity, raising $𝟳𝟲,𝟯𝟴𝟯 to support ACCESS and the Ashland Community Food Bank .  
  
Throughout May, 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 in Southern Oregon. With food banks experiencing increased demand while facing declining funding sources, local Rotary clubs pledged to match community donations dollar-for-dollar up to $25,000. The community responded in a remarkable way.  
  
Together, Rotarians and community members 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 $𝟳𝟲,𝟯𝟴𝟯, 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟯𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity throughout the County. The campaign highlighted both the growing challenge of hunger in Southern Oregon and the power of community partnerships to create meaningful solutions. Every dollar raised will help ensure that local food banks can continue providing essential services to families, seniors, veterans, and children throughout the Rogue Valley through local food pantries.
