Description

On Nov. 16, the City of Tigard Public Works posted on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, that there had been a cougar spotted at Cook Park.

There was more breaking cat news in Oregon recently, though this story had nothing to do with this summer’s big-cat escapade, involving a cougar who was seen on Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach. Nope, this saga involved what was at first thought to be an alarming sighting of a cougar prowling around Tigard.
