DISPATCHER POWELL LITTRELL EARNS INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATION  
  
North Coos 911 Dispatcher Erika Powell Littrell recently earned her Intermediate Telecommunicator Certificate from the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training.  
  
Dispatcher Powell Littrell began her career as a Public Safety Telecommunicator in January 2020 with the Willamette Valley Communication Center. After moving to the Coos Bay area, she joined the Coos Bay Police Department in November 2024 as an Emergency Telecommunicator for the North Coos 911 Dispatch Center.  
  
During her six years as a certified Public Safety Telecommunicator, Dispatcher Powell Littrell has completed more than 460 hours of training, played a vital role in several significant incidents, and served as a Communications Training Officer. Her experience, training, and dedication more than meet the criteria for this upper-level certification.
