DUI ARREST I On September 1st, around 2:15 a.m., a Hillsboro officer saw a Chevy Suburban driving on Tualatin Valley Highway, failing to maintain its lane. The officer initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle stopped in the center lane. After administering Standardized Field Sobriety Tests the officer determined the driver was impaired. The officer obtained a search warrant for the driver’s blood to determine their blood alcohol content; exact results are pending. The driver was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Recklessly Endangering Another Person, as they had a passenger in the vehicle.
