OVERNIGHT ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE  
  
Harmon Construction will be constructing right of way improvements on Highland Ave between N 4th St and N 5th St and on N 4th St between Highland Ave and Market Ave. Work is planned to begin on June 17th and continue through June 18th. The road will remain continuously closed for the duration of work. Traffic will be detoured via Market Avenue, N 3rd Street, N 5th Street, and adjacent local streets. Access for emergency services will be maintained.   
  
Motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to use caution near the construction area and follow all posted detour signage. The Albany Historic Carousel & Museum is now accepting vendor applications for our Artisan Faire during Downtown Crazy Daze on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM!  
We're looking for talented artisans, crafters, and makers who create their own handmade wares. This event is for ARTISANS ONLY, no resellers, MLMs, or commercially purchased merchandise.  
  
Vendor Details:  
✨ Event Date: Saturday, July 11, 2026  
✨ Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM  
✨ Location: On our sidewalk during Downtown Crazy Daze on Saturday  
✨ Vendor Fee: $20 (due in person on the day of the event)  
✨ Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, display setup, and payment methods
