Although I am starting my first year as the Superintendent, this will be my tenth year in the Coquille School District. I have previously been the Special Programs Director for the District. Over the last nine years I have witnessed amazing things happening in Coquille and I believe we have many more to come.

The Coquille School District is a leader on the South Coast. We offer a variety of learning options to meet the needs of any learner. The District has prioritized small class sizes so students get as much one on one time as possible with teachers.

The Coquille School Board continues to value preventative maintenance on all of our Facilities. This Summer we were able to replace five roofs across the District and add additional safety measures at Coquille Valley Elementary School, Lincoln School of Early Learning, and Winter Lakes Elementary School.

If you have not attended a Coquille Junior Senior High School event lately, I want to encourage you to come out and support our students as they perform and compete for their community. We are hoping to build on last year’s success as Football and Girls Track were State Champions.
