Description
The City of Tualatin has officially proclaimed today as September 11 Remembrance Day.
We honor and remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and pay tribute to the bravery of first responders, emergency personnel, and countless others who acted with selfless courage.
This solemn day also recognizes the families forever changed by those tragic events, as well as the resilience, unity, and renewed sense of patriotism that followed.
We invite all Tualatin residents, and all Oregonians, to pause in remembrance and reflect on the enduring impact of that day in our nation’s history. Today, we honor the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
