South Coast Humane Society - the real one
šŸ’˜ This Valentine’s Day, skip the roses — take home a Cowboy 🤠
Meet Cowboy, a 1-year-old German Shepherd / Belgian Malinois mix who is ready to ride off into the sunset with his forever family!
Cowboy is neutered, microchipped, kennel trained, and housebroken — he’s already got a great foundation and is eager to keep learning. True to his breeds, he’s very smart and has moderate-to-high energy, making him a great match for an active home.
This sweet boy:
🐾 Previously lived with a cat
šŸŽ¾ LOVES playing fetch (and actually brings the ball back!)
šŸ’§ Is obsessed with water — splashing, lounging, you name it
ā˜€ļø Enjoys sunbathing
🦮 Has decent leash manners when using a harness
Cowboy has lived with another large dog before and enjoyed having a playmate. He does play with big dog energy (think wrestling, body slams, and mouthy play), so he would do best either as an only dog or with a large, confident dog who enjoys rough-and-tumble play.
Cowboy is a super sweet, affectionate guy who is ready to find his person or family to love.
If you’re looking for a smart, fun, loyal adventure buddy this Valentine’s season, Cowboy might be your perfect match. šŸ’•
