ROOMMATE DISPUTE | On December 11th, at about 3:15 am, officers were dispatched to reports of a disturbance with a weapon near NE 17th Avenue and NE Sunrise Lane. The caller told dispatch his roommate had kicked in his bedroom door and yelled at him while holding a gun. Officers were able to evacuate the caller from the residence and surround the home. Officers were able to make phone contact with the suspect and convinced him to exit the residence peacefully. During a search of the residence officers found a damaged bedroom door and a replica firearm. Justin McBride, 38 years old, was arrested for Menacing.
