Description

Portland Community College's Cascade campus in North Portland is home to the music and sonic arts program. The program is slated to close as soon as current students graduate, as part of an effort to balance the college's budget.

Portland Community College is cutting three programs and making class reductions to others as part of an effort to balance its budget, spokesperson James Hill told The Oregonian/OregonLive Monday.
