Oregon car clubs like the German Car Club include the Prospect Historic Hotel Bed and Breakfast Inn - Motel and Dinner House in Prospect near the Rogue River as a stop on the way to Crater Lake.

The fabled Prospect Historic Hotel that has attracted tourists visiting nearby Crater Lake National Park for more than a century will be offered at auction Monday on the steps of the Jackson County Courthouse.
