Multnomah County District Attorney Nathan Vasquez announced the results of a grand jury in the in-custody death of Damon Lamarr Johnson, 52.

A Multnomah County grand jury declined to indict three Portland officers in the death of a 52-year-old North Portland man who died after officers held him on his stomach while he was suffering a mental health crisis, District Attorney Nathan Vasquez announced Thursday.
