A freeze warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:55 a.m. valid from 11 p.m. until Monday 9 a.m. for Grande Ronde Valley and Wallowa County.
The weather service adds, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 degrees expected."
