CBPD SEEKS PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFY BURGLARY SUSPECT   
  
The Coos Bay Police Department (CBPD) is seeking assistance from the public to identify the suspect of a recent burglary of a business.     
  
On November 21, 2025, at approximately 4:15 a.m., the CBPD received a report of an alarm at Harry Ritchie's Jewelers, 1356 N Bayshore Dr in Coos Bay. As officers arrived, they observed a broken window to the business and other evidence of a burglary. CBPD K9 Arco and a thermal drone responded to assist with the investigation, but the suspect was not located.     
  
During the investigation, CBPD officers were provided with video of the suspect, a white male adult wearing glasses, a black hoodie, jeans, and dark-colored boots. The video shows the suspect breaking display cases within the business and stealing numerous Citizen brand watches.     
  
CBPD requests that anyone with information regarding this case or who may recognize the suspect contact 541-269-8911 ext. 1. Tips can be anonymous.
